This is Me
Then & Now |
|
Date of Birth: | November 7, 1949 |
| This is how they described me in the College Yearbook: | Ashok's frequent refrain 'I wish I was a bird' was one of the main reasons why we called him "Birdie". Tall and rugged, "Birdie" was quite a live wire when not sleeping. Having a technically bent mind he was the guy who used to store all the technical magazines and scraps of information ( relevant and irrelevant ! ) In workshop, and during afloat, one could always see him staring at something with the air of a surveyor. He regarded classes as some sort of forced labour camp, yet was surprisingly good in studies. |
